Job Description:
1. Liaise with Onsite IT Head and to make sure the access to the client system is faster and uninterrupted.
2. Report to the Senior IT Manager. This role will have responsibility for providing first and second line support for Microsoft Desktop Applications and Operating Systems to a variety of user groups across multiple sites within QuickShore.
3. This role will be heavily focused on service improvement & automation, as well as being a customer service exemplar within the company.
Qualification:
Any Graduate with 1 – 3 years’ of experience in Information Technology.
Key Skills:
1. Desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
2. Hands on experience on Windows 10 Office 365 user administration.
3. CCNA
4. MCSE-Certified Python, C++ and SQL
5. Hands on experience on Server OS troubleshooting.


ANALYST


Pune
Job Description:
1. Perform daily tasks faster as per the training manual without error.
2. Solving of queries from emails, incoming calls and cases within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
3. Provide required business unit reporting and other required information when needed.
4. Correspond with Client and respond to Queries/ Enquiries.
5. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with targets and adheres to SLA.
6. Accurate, efficient and organized within daily responsibilities.
7. Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts and skills.
8. Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team.
Qualification:
Should be a graduate with minimum First Class Degree from a recognized University of India.
Key Skills:
1. Should be able to handle basic day to day requirements of Microsoft Office & Excel.
2. Should possess good interpersonal skills.
3. Mid level English drafting and speaking skills are must.
4. Mid level mathematics knowledge is must.
5. Analytical thinker.
SENIOR ANALYST
Pune
Job Description:
1. Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP.
2. Prioritize transactions according to detailed guidelines to meet SLA.
3. Plans and prioritize tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives.
4. Assist with/perform other team tasks as the need arises.
5. Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems.
6. Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards.
7. Prepare and maintain a Policy Log. Get routine approval from Client and share with the Team.
8. Interact with Onshore /Offshore client in a supportive and professional manner via email and on calls.
9. Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met.
10. Maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purposes.
Qualification:
1. Minimum 18 month’s backend processing in BPM/ Outsourcing work experience must.
2. Should be a graduate with minimum First Class Degree from a recognized University of India.
